Vocal Activations
A two-hour session to open your own voice, held inside a shamanic sound healing ceremony.
Your voice is the most powerful healing tool for the waters in your body.
Held virtually or in person, we move through the chakra system together. I work with singing bowls one chakra at a time to unblock each center and listen deeply to where your body is holding on.
We alternate between me singing over you in shamanic tones and frequencies, and you being witnessed as you sing and tone yourself. Many clients unlock their light language in these sessions.
Throughout the session I weave in holy waters I have gathered from sacred sites around the world, my signature Ayaharmony essential oil blend, and shamanic drumming to move and clear energy. We close with an anointing ritual to seal in the healing.
These sessions are deep and transformative. Anger, grief, rage, tenderness and laughter may all arise, and you are held in a safe space to fully express yourself: the good, the bad and the ugly. This is where the transformation happens.
